It has been a week and I've kinda tried to made peace with it and just focus on the seventeen years of happiness and memories we spent together.

My Best Bud's been gone almost ten years now. I still miss him, but the good times are still rolling in my head and heart. As long as you've still got those, he'll never be far away.
